Matrix tracker leaving car battery flat
Hi Anyone struggling with battery being drained with this matrix tracker ? I have been complaining since last year !! I have had endless problems with matrix and getting stuck! Unit was removed from 1 vehicle to another and is doing the same thing ! Now they want to send it to dealer while you sit without a vehicle ! I had called plenty of times but I just can’t win! Client services are a joke !😡😡😡😡
Anyone has had this experience ? What can one do? I want this removed asap!

Was apparently escalated.
Technical department was to contact me since Thursday .
Till now nothing !
Want this resolved as matrix does not take any responsibility for this at all.
And as per our discussion…….I got feedback only because I posted here…
Time Will tell whether this get resolved asap or not

The tracking system will be refitted after 3 days.
