Matrix tracker and MIX Telematics utter **** no response services
Don't go into business with Matrix car trackers Mix Telematics administrator all Matrix admin and they DO NOT respond to any queries. Called twice, call gets put down Logged 3 case numbers via the advised email address and nothing happens. Contacted via whatsapp and no response. Case numbers logged 1 October 2022 : ***5 6 October 2022 : ***October 2022 : ***3
