Matrix to take responsibility
My car was ****** on the 11/04/15 between 16h00 - 17h00 and I only noticed it was missing around 19h00 & they have not been able to find my car. When I questioned why I was not contacted they said that they still had my old number as a primary number even though I had changed my number 5yrs ago and they had it on their system and that i had to call in every month to check my tracker and also make sure the contact details are correct. I asked why they sent an sms instead of calling they said they only call between 20h00 - 06h00 - the person that called me (Trevor Naicker??) was unapologetic and just came up with excuse after excuse and feel that they should take some responsibility
