Matrix terrible utterly useless!!!!

This company is utterly useless. Because of their useless call centre, I cancelled on the day of installation. That was nearly 3 months ago. Despite talking to management, receiving acceptance of cancellation via email, they continue to run your debit order. They continue to harass you for payment of a product you don't have. When you inform them over 20 times about their useless people and systems, spending an obscene amount of time on the phone (never mind the phone bill) they reward you with the promise of being blacklisted. I'm only grateful that I cancelled when I did. Can you imagine needing these people when you were actually have an emergency, which is what their product is supposedly for ? After speaking to a senior person 2 days ago promising this will NOT happen again, I had a lovely replay this morning AGAIN. Now she doesn't answer her supposedly direct line, so here we are. Don't waste your money and your time dealing with them.
