Matrix telematix is gabbage.. Don't use them

I could give this guy's a zero. From the experience they have given me. I have paid their cancelation fee and everything but now they can terminate my subscription with them after I have told them that I sold my car they asked me to pay cancelation which I did but still I they haven't canceled.. I called them 3 times today. They just say I need to hangup and I will receive the email which never happend.. Some please help me where can I go to get this people to cancel? I feel like I need to go the legal way now since they don't want to cancel.
