Matrix telematics poor service to the public

Payment link sent by matrix ,payment was done and yet my acc and services are still locked .

When u call matrix they direct you to customer service or admin and they are very rude its like they shout and talk.

Also the call drops on you I tried 8 times this morning and wasted alot of airtime being out on hold and transfered and call drops
