Matrix Telematics Money Grab
I have a contract with Matrix to take the debit order on the first of each month. I get paid on the 25th. They decided to the debit order on the 24th to jump the queue and grab their money first. They did the same thing to my wife. This is absolutely ****my behavior. We have both put a stop on our debit orders and are requesting reversals. Shame on you matrix! Its not the contract we signed!!

24 Dec 2020, 11:14The discussion was around my contract saying 1st of the month and not giving Matrix authority to debit earlier. So unless Matrix sticks to our contract agreement, this is not resolved. Besides, it's now actually irrelevant as my wife and I have requested cancellations and will not change our minds. We don't support businesses who jump the proverbial money queue.

24 Dec 2020, 11:17Just to add , I am not mad at Matrix staff. The problem is Matrix's Financial Director who made these decisions and forced it on us purely for corporate cashflow reasons. Prove me wrong.
I can confirm that my wife also did not get a notification of early debit orders either. Even if we did, we would not have agreed to it.
