Matrix Telematics do not care about their ustomers

I lost my car in March 2024 in an accident ( write off). I then reported this incident with Matrix in an attempt to close the contract. After up and downs enquires and deductions continuing in my account, they eventually canceled my account with the help of Hello Peter. Matrics sent me an email confirming cancellation in July this year.

Experian credit records shows that I owe Matrix 14 months, which again makes it difficult for me to buy a car. I sent an email to Matrix disputing this, I didn't get any response.

Instead of sorting out the issue, Matrix sent me a bill. How on earth do I owe if my car was in a car accident, total loss. What have you tracked since March when my car was involved in a car accident.

You billing me for service that nor rendered.
