I had an issue with matrix

My panic button it is not working, I tried using it and they did not assist me, I made couple of phone calls still i hold until I get tired they dont answer their phones if I get lucky to get someone they transferme to another department i continue to hold min of 30 minutes n I will hang up, I haave tried to send emails too like I am not being assisted they dont respond to anything am paying for nothing, but if I want to cancel their unit they tell me to pay for cancellation fee for a unit that am paying and not using dont join MATRIX they are not helpful.
