Matrix stop robbing people

Sold my car and initially wanted to transfer the tracking unit to the new car. The guys were too slow to pick up phone calls and assist.

Ended up getting a new tracking company and now Matrix keep on debiting me, they don't want to help me cancel my contract. I was directed to send an email...been following up to no assistance.
