Matrix sold by TalkSureSA Agents under false pretenses

One of you sales agents, Pregalathan Moodley, from TalksureSA called me to inform me that my current vehicle tracker was outdated and needed to be replaced. He claimed that if I did not upgrade, my tracker would cease to function properly. He further stated that TalksureSA was working in collaboration with my tracking company to facilitate these necessary upgrades.

Trusting his assertions, I agreed to take out a new subscription. However, upon contacting my existing tracking company, I was informed that they have no affiliation with TalksureSA and that my current tracker is neither outdated nor in need of replacement. It is fully functional and covered by my insurance.

I feel deceived and conned into purchasing a subscription that I do not need. This experience has not only caused me unnecessary stress but also led to a financial commitment under false pretenses. I expect immediate rectification of this situation, including the cancellation of the unnecessary subscription and a full refund of any charges incurred - and a removal of the devices you installed.

I hope that you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take appropriate action to prevent such misleading practices in the future.
