Damnit the ability to listen is on ZERO.
Ordered 2 devices and installation appointment agreed on. The day of installation the servuce provider is lost and have the wrong address... long story short we reschedule for late afternoon..... after installation when the certificates are emailed i see its the wrong devices installed.... like you sign up for A and they install Z .
Trying to call them is a waste of time they never answer their phone, they put you on HOLD forever. Emailing is a disaster no one gets back to you.
