Matrix shocking administration and customer service

Shocking administration service. I am still being billed after selling a vehicle and cancelling 2 months ago. Nobody returns calls and you will hold on for a VERY long time for a call to get answered. I shudder to think whether they would have assisted on time if I was in trouble. Here's the best part, when you do get transferred the recording says that the person is unavailable at the time!!!!!! Yet another shocking South African service provider.
