Matrix sharks puts me in danger
<p>Matrix mix telematics is debiting my account whilst NOT DELIVERING THE SERVICE!!!! The panic button doesnt elicit ANY responce from them, ghe location of my vehicle when I test it is always wrong. I have sent three letters to customer services with NO REPLY. Is this not break of contract? Why must I keep paying?</p>
