Matrix Service Bad

Hello Peter. I would like to share my greatest disappointment with mix telematics, a car tracking company. I have had an account with them for more than 3 years and their service has been great.Of late,if I can say in the past week,i have been trying to get hold of them and their phone rings and i am being put through to the switch board and made to wait for more than 45 minutes.Their service is totally deteriorated and I woul like to warn other potenchial clients to think before opening any account with them.
