Matrix seem to be down playing this whole issue as they are writing an email saying they tried to call me when they did not

Matrix seem to be down playing this whole issue as they are writing an email saying they tried to call me when they did not. In their email they don't address the fact that the beame product was falsely advertised to me and they are not willing to provide me with the voice recording of me and thier agent who sold this beame to me as this getting thos call recording is my right and woud prove the false advertising. I have written 5 emails to the customer car email address asking for this recording and they have not responded even once. According to my understanding as a car owner I don't have to know where the device is located in my car but with Matrix I know as I am the one who had to try and hide it after it fell on the pedals of my car
