Matrix roadside assistance does not exist, it a ****

I requested to be towed by Matrix yesterday the 01/11/2025. The gentlemen i spoke with said he will arrange a company next to me to come and tow my car. I contacted Matrix around 14:00. I've waited till 18:00 and i have realized that no one is coming from matrix to tow my car then i had to arrange a tow truck myself. Nobody contacted me even making a follow up about towing. Matrix is a ****. Selling people the roadside service that does not exist at all. I want them to cancel this roadside assistance fee.
