MATRIX -right by your side- RUDE Salesman

Yesterday afternoon (Monday,23/03/2015) at 14h55, I received a call from a guy by the name of Amis stating he was calling from Matrix Vehicle Tacking & started off by going straight into his sales pitch. I was at work, busy with something when I took the call, as it was from a no caller id, I answered in case of emergency. I informed Amis, thank you but I am not interested, I was then asked why I'm not interested, I informed Amis that I was actually still at work & rather busy, I suggested that he should maybe ask the potential client if it is a convenient time to talk before going straight into his sales pitch, he then responded by saying to me that he hopes I remember his name when I get hi-jacked in a rude manner - I am completely disgusted & gobsmacked at his reply to me. I told him that that is not something you say to a potential client or put out in the universe and asked to speak to his supervisor, he then told me he does not have one & put the phone down on me. I immediately called Matrix to report him, they said they would call me back, I got a call back at 16h01 & was told they could not trace the call made. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
