Matrix Renewals do not work
Once again Matrix have done an update on my contract and defaulted my app which we had a promise would not happen. Can they not renew your contract without touching the app?

19 Aug 2022, 13:17Your agent did not help one bit. They talk in circles thinking we are all idiots. I would like a manager to contact me as the Tax log should not be affected by a contract renewal and if it is then all contracts should only be renewed at the end of February so that we as a customer are not inconvenienced.
