Matrix - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have made numerous calls to this company before and even during the lockdown to cancel my subscription, stayed on the phone for a while waiting for someone to answer and no one answers.

I have left voice messages to call me back, left enquiries on the website for a call back and emailed to cancel and yet to this stay i have not received a response from any.

They are very quick to call to sell you the device and ensure it is setup, but never actually there when you need them, what if something was wrong and I needed assistance??

I have been trying for the past month and a half to cancel with Matrix and still no feedback!!
