Matrix not "right by side" at all

I have 2 different vehicles a minibus 2023 model and a 5 door sedan 2015, on my tracking app these 2 vehicles are sharing a registration plate, though it wasn't the case initially, for some reason 1 day I wanted to track one of the vehicles as I scrolled down I noticed that I have 2 vehicles with the same registration which is really confusing, if one of them gets hijacked which one will they be able to track since both share the same registration plate, its been over 7 weeks I have been sending communication to them and nothing has been done, they don't seem interested as long as they get their money via debit that is all they care about.

I have a vehicles showing that the tracking unit isn't functioning at all an I also reported this matter several times and they keep making empty promises that they come fix it, 2 months later nothing has been done but they debit my account every month without fail
