I was sold a tracking unit four days ago and the service I have received is pathetic. I call to speak to the CEO to tell him what had transpired but nobody wants me to speak to him. I asked one consultant for her name and she cut the call. I would like the CEO to call me so I can tell him why I am canceling and going to stay with TRACKER. If he wishes not to call me it’s ok. But I must let him know “IF A CLOWN TAKES OVER A PALACE HE DOES NOT BECOME A KING THE PALACE BECOMES A CIRCUS”.
