Matrix MX3 ******* & *****

getting an sms that you are on arrears and that they've submitted your name to credit bureaus is very painful and annoying at the same time. To both times when I phone them they tell me same thing..."No that was not what we meant you are not on arrears" I am tired of Matrix behavior... that is paying my money to be tortured every time they feel bored. Worse part this time the amount was even different and when i ask about it they said I was charged for roadside assistance, which is included on my cover since is MX3... I mean there is no way on the cover where they said I'll be charged for flat battery or a flat tyre. i mean MX3 covers all those that is why i chose it and am paying for that every month... they couldn't even explain why i was charged extra because they are useless nje I am still waiting for some answers because even the contract says they cover all those but now? i am very disappointed
