Matrix mixtelematix are useless when wanting customer service

They dont return calls when you wish to cancel. After spending hours on the phone no one takes a call or return a call. Have used webpage before to cancel. No reply. Have cancelled debit order twice and still paying monthly over R300!! Please do not consider a Matrix unit
