Matrix mixtelematics tracker pothole assist *****.

Pothole assist is *****, they don’t pay. These people been debit for months and only last month debited less money without me cancelling anything whatsoever and now when I’m claiming for tyres they saying they can’t pay they’ll investigate. I’ve all the invoices paid from the beginning and they’re just ******* service and the number which is on the forms they sent it’s for another different company of which that company when I called was told they don’t work with matrix anymore. Kindly assist
