Matrix / Mixtelematics service is non existent

I cancelled my contract after it expired in jan 2021. I am still receiving threatening calls from their debt collection agency on legal actions to be taken. The it cancellations department confirmed that the contract is cancelled but I still continue to receive sms’s and emails stating that I owe them. Their cancellations dept doesn’t even bother responding to my emails anymore.
