Matrix Mixtelematics is a big ****

These people are the worst....disgusting....I bought a new car in Oct and I called their office to arrange to my tracking unit to be transferred. They advised that I should rather do a new installation as the other one was an old unit. I was assured that the old one will be cancelled. Now they have deducted amounts from 2 cars while the other unit was deactivated in Oct. Why should I pay for 2 unit when only one is active? I called their call centre, was sent from pillar to post and ended up being put through to cancellations. Was left holding on for 3 hours. Next 3 days was the same thing. I sent emails to their customer care email address, still nothing. This business is nothing but a **** !
