Matrix (MixTelematics) car tracker and panic button doesn’t work (I have a video to prove it)

Hi everyone, I am a matrix customer for their car tracker and I have their panic button for emergencies and guess what ? A friend once told me that their panic button doesn’t work and I thought he was lying or it was a mistake but this weekend I really saw that it is not working I pressed it and they did not respond but they take my money every month

So this means Matrix car tracker and panic button doesn’t work, so they will not even find the car cause if the panic button doesn’t work how the hell are they gonna recover your car ?

If you are in a life a death situation and you press the panic button and have that sense of safety that they gonna respond and come save your life or you car, guess what ? You are on your own

But yet they take our money every month

I have a video to proof that their panic button doesn’t work and I will post it all over social media, I know they won’t care but I will just post it anyway to save a life from using a tracker that doesn’t work not knowing, please do not get Matrix car tracker it’s not safe guys
