Matrix / Mix Telematics - No service
I've sent several emails and requested telephonically for my email address to be changed for the delivery of statements and communication. It seems impossible to get through to customer care and get it done. I've also requested an installation certificate which is required for new insurance I've taken out, but I just can't get anything out of Matrix. The service is non existent. I've tried reinstalling the Beame app on my phone to get the info from there, but can't remember my credentials and the app doesn't have a feature for reminders or resetting. Really bad.
