I had since joined Matrix Telematics Africa and installed their recovery unit in one of my vehicles (Dodge Journey CJ 40 VF GP) in 2014. Only now in February 2024 almost after 10 years I needed their assistance with the recovery of my vehicle when I was hijacked, and they managed to locate the car within 2 hours. I value their prompt response from one of their Staff members in (Nicholas) who was on the call with me and the feedback he gave to me after locating the whereabouts of my car. I would really recommend Matrix Telematics for their professionalism in recovering ******/hijacked vehicles. Kudos
