Matrix mix ******* telematics

Good day I have been a matrix customer for the last 4years and in the beginning their service was good but it started getting worse by the month. They are now more about the installment going off every month then rendering a service. I have requested a copy of my 24month contract thrice and received nothing yet money gets deducted every month for services not rendered. Every 24months someone phones to say that the previous device is now obsolete and they need to fit a newer model but what they fail to say is that the newer model is also a new contract. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE THEY ARE BEING VERY DISHONEST.
