Matrix MiX Telematics Africadisgusting service

I should have done more research before taking out a tracker device with this company, The service is appalling, I have complained on Facebook and I was told to inbox them till this day I was never contacted this was a week ago, My initial complaint was that I pressed the panic button a few times and I was never called to find out what the issue was.i mean what is the panic button for if you not gonna call the client, the last time I pressed the panic button they responded with an sms stating they have received an alert and I should contact them for further assistance, how am I supposed to contact you when I'm tied up in the boot of my car. Further more on the 22nd of September I went to a different province they never even called to confirm if the car is still in my possession. It's only been 3 months with this company and this is the type of service they give. I wanna cancel this nonsense you guys can come remove your device.
