Matrix lier

Yesterday I received a call from Matrix and they informed me they are from Netstar (who I am currently with) they asked for all my personal details and I asked them why they need all my information if Im already an existing customer. The agent named Germaine told me they need it to upgrade my tracking device because its older than 3 years. I went ahead and told them to go ahead. This morning when the technician arrived I asked him if he was from Netstar and he said no he is from Matrix. I told him I was blatantly **** to by the agent from Matrix. DISGUSTING way to try get new business.
