Matrix lack of communication

People need to start coming to check reviews before binding themselves contractually with bad companies with bad service .Matrix is by far the worst Matrix tracker comkany I have ever come across .I did everything over the phone and told the agent to deduct on 27th if every month but on the first month already on the 25th the attempted to deduct and did not find funds leaving me with bank charges and also sending me a late payment sms .I kept trying to contact them with WhatsApp number given but to no avail it keeps asking you to call their office .How do you run an emergency service when your company has no sense of urgency at all .December they deducted on the 15th without my permission and when I sent several enquiry Emails asking to be contacted but not response than I sent an angry Email saying I want to cancel and they immediately responded by accepting the cancelation and stimulating cancelation fees which they know is clearly a ridiculous amount to agree to .Their whatsapp service is not helpful and they don't respond to Emails by calling back so basically it's very difficult to get ahold of Matrix tracker and it is extremely infuriating and frustrating .I regret ever looking in their direction
