MATRIX IS USELESS

I have been trying to cancel with matrix since November 2024. They sent me a settlement amount when I’ve had this tracking device since 2020. According to the last person spoke to, I upgraded telephonically. I requested the call recording but instead they debited me again. They are IMPOSSIBLE! No one replies to my cancellation emails and I can’t reach them telephonically but they are quick to call and ask me about the payment. Utter poor service! I will never recommend Matrix to anyone. As for the panic button…it was pressed by mistake and no one responded! I’m at the point where I’m gona log it as *****!
