Matrix is the worst service provider. They are *****ulent. Inaccessible in anyway. Their service is poor. Consultants are never helpful.

Matrix installed a tracker button in my car, which was what I requested. But when they started deducting money, they started taking almost double the amount. When I queried, no one was available to assist. I started reversing the payments; they started calling me. I called them to either cancel and remove their device, or install what they were deducting. I went to their premise and no assistance. I kept reversing the payments. But instead of fixing their issue they *********ed me and send it to credit bureau. I asked them to send me the balance of the correct deductions for me to pay, on condition for them to remove this ***** on my credit. They tell I should have rather paid the money they were deducting and complain later, that they will not remove my name, even if I paid the actual money for the button, minus the added amounts. They still have not removed their button or resolved the issue.
