Matrix is the worst company , they never pick up their calls when i need assistance, they don’t return missed calls

Matrix is the worst company , they never pick up their calls when i need assistance, they don’t return missed calls. The only time to get their attention is when I reverse their debit they call with urgency and when I raise my complains with them they say there’s nothing they can do. It’s like paying for no service at all. When I try to cancel they refuse and every month I have to reserve their debit then they blacklist me. Their panick buttons aren’t working and they give us non working panic buttons intentionally and say it’s my responsibility to call them and make them aware that it’s not working while they don’t answer their calls. Worst nightmare.
