I initially had a mechanical breakdown while driving to Mpumalanga over the weekend, in the middle of the night with the kids and asked Matrix Roadside Assistance for help. Just after they approved, I was then hit by a reckless truck driver and despite not covering this service, Matrix still went ahead to ascertain our safety and even made arrangements for the towing company to store our car at no additional costs for 48 hours. I have never encountered such a service, the consultant who was dealing with us is Sophie Peterson and she displayed such amazing humanity, care, and genuine concern, she was checking up on us the entire time, I felt like I had my late mother with me.
