MATRIX IS NOT SAFE

I regret cancelling my car track, poor service from call center is on the high level, I don’t feel safe with Matrix, What they promise to offer is not what they deliver, my app is block cause of one payment which bounced cause of them, i told the debit department to debit what is outstanding yet they failed for 4 months, when i called to tell them why im receiving texts that there’s outstanding amount, they told me its because they captured wrong account number, now they fail to reply to emails, and decided to block services, I request that you send your team to come and removed your devices on my car before I escalate this matter.
