Matrix is not reliable. *********** tracking company

Got a new panic button on 12th of May due to the one I had been given before not ever working since the day I got it and I am here to share that I called Matrix to test the new panic button today, only to find that this new one also doesn't work. Learning from my my 1st experience with the Matrix panic button after carrying it for months thinking it works when it didn't I decided to call today to test the panic button, Control room shared that they are not getting any signal. So yet again Matrix has failed me for the 3rd time.
