Matrix is NOT Guilty , Tracker IS THE GUILTY PARTY HERE!!!!
Dear All,
I will be writing a public apology to Matrix Tracking as well as the team that assisted me today that stood by me until I found out that it was actually Tracker that destroyed my belief in this service. I truly apologise and keep watching to see the outcome of this one!!!!

Your team came out with the actual technician that installed the unit on my vehicle, Tracker sent a QC guy who did not see my point of my anger, and only after I got upset and put examples of his wife and kids being ******ed by a high jacking idiot, did he seemingly get my point. However this has not been resolved and I am now going to make it a new drive to ensure that this does not happen to others! You going to read about it as well as my apology letter explaining the whole thing for millions to see!
