Matrix is Bad For Business

Good day, I wish I saw all the negatives reviews of Matrix before signing up, my accouny with them has been a mess up since day one. Their staff is so unprofessional and management refuses to take calls. When I request to speak to a manager they send a consultant... They keep debit ting my bank account with the wrong amounts, they sell the product on no factual information to lure clients to take up their product. They are so pathetic in handling queries... I would really like to get the details of the ombudsman fm. Every time I request the recording they advise that they will send iut but never do. A new consultant contacts me every time but never follows through. My advise stay away they are the worst company that I have dealt with. If anyone can help me with details to the ombudsman I would appreciate it. I requested a settlement so that I can get rid of them they can't even send me that. They disconnected my device now I cannot see an details of my car. This will be a Magee risk to my insurance.
