MATRIX IS A ****
FOUR MONTHS BACK I INSTALLED A MATRIX TRACKER AND MY DEVICE IS NOT WORKING. EVEN IF YOU TEST THE PANIC BUTTON YOU NOT GOING TON GET A CALL FROM THEM. I HAVE CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WHICH THEY DONT. YESTERDAY MORNING I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS ASSISTED BY PRASH IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT WHO SAID AM GOING TO CALL YOU BACK IN 10 MINS TIME AND LIKE ALWAYS HE DIDNT. LAST MONTH I TOOK ANOTHER TRACKER WITH ALTRACK WHO ARE DOING A GREAT JOB AND AT FIRST I THOUGHT OF KEEPING BOTH BUT WITH THE BAD SERVICE THAT YOU PROVIDE I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU GUYS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
