I am not happy with Matrix Vehicle tracking this is my second review complaining about the same thing 14th of June 2023 one of the consultant phoned l was in the market for tracker l was told it's going to be 200 and something then towards the end l was told l can insure my phone for in case the screen is broken l can claim l get paid on the 20th 20th of July they deducted R360 something l asked why l was told it was calculated prorata from the 14th of June fine August my debit order went through nicely September l phoned them 1st of September that l need to book in my phone screen is cracked now l was sent from pillar to post call this number they are going to book it from the 1st of September 2023 untill the last call and email on the 13th l told them to stop deducting in my account if they can't give me what l signed for l was told that they are going to end contract with them l told them that's none of my business because l paid them and they must deliver reversed my premiums then l wrote a review here then one lady phoned me to get clarity of the case then she said she is going to call me back no call after that now my score went down it shows l am on areas for 3 months clear score and transunion my name has a flag because of them they are sending me emails sms to say l must pay how am l going to pay without service last month one of the call center ladies phoned to check why l not paying l asked pay for what please help email address *** l even recommended them to my friend she also signed
