Matrix installed a beame car tracking device in my car in August 2024 after their sales agent **** to me and said the device will allow me to see the exact location of my car through the app at all times. how ever that was not the case the device would sometimes say the car is in soweto while I am driving it in Pretoria. Secondly the device was poorly installed with some black sticky substance just under the steering wheel and it fell to the pedals just after 2 days of installation when the sun became hot. I have since put it there hoping they will come and fix it as it was poorly installed by their installer. On top of all this the matrix beame people expected me to pay for a device that is not working as they confirmed through messages that the device was malfunctioning as a result they have since enlisted me with NCR for their lack of customer service and I can't take credit because of their incompetence.
