Matrix ignoring my cancelation and refund emails

I have been trying for a year now to cancel one of my vehicles that was sold I have it covered for crash alert 22.69, geoloc service 28.36, recovery service 68.06, panic service 28.36, trips 11.34 and then there is a bundled amount of 100.95 who knows what that's for ??? they are just ignoring me I have send numerous emails to cancel and refund still waiting not sure what to do anymore,
