Matrix firstly falsely advertised a beame device they installed in my car saying it would be able to tell me the exact location of my car. In reality the device did nothing close to that in stead it would say I am in Soweto even when I am in KZN. Secondly the device was poorly installed just under the steering wheel put with some black sticky substance as a result it fell on the pedals of the car just after 2 days. Thirdly I sent them emails about this in their customer service email address and they never bothered themselves to respond. I in my recent interaction with them I asked for the voice recording of myself with their agent when i took this device and they said they will listen to it and make it available to me as promised when I took the contract and they have never done that to this day. Instead they have submitted my name for listing with the NCR without doing their part in resolving these issues
