Matrix falsely advertised their beame account to me after that they fitted the device in my car in such a way that it fell on the pedals the next day. I asked for the voice recording of the time I took the device and they took me from piller to post and I ended up not getting it even though it's my right as a consumer. I wrote their customer service a lot of emails about this issue and they never responded even to one of them. On the 30th of May 2025 they called admitted their faults in another call that they said was recorded in which they assumed me that the account has been terminated with Immediate effect on the above date. To my disappointment today I received a call from hybrid collections by Onga and Lettie saying that the account was handed over to them by the very same Matrix vehicle tracking on the 4th of April and that I owe them money. They sent proof that the account is terminated
