MATRIX FAILED TO RECOVER OUR CAR FITTED WITH 2 OF THEIR DEVICES

On Saturday, 21 June 2025, our vehicle was ******, and Matrix was immediately notified when the car was nowhere to be found in the complex parking lot. The first tracking device Beamie, was thrown in a certain bushy area around town after following the signal. At the time, the consultant on duty was not even giving us feedback on the progress of the tracing of the vehicle. This went on from 21:50, and the second update received (after we called to find out) from the tracking company that night was at 22:37.

On Sunday, we only received a call at 11h32 from one of the consultants working on the investigation that they are locating the second tracker and they are following the lead, at that time, the second tracking device was already removed. Nothing was communicated thereafter, and when we called to find the progress, we were only informed that they had found the 2nd device and they'll continue searching. On 23 June 2025, Monday afternoon, when we called to search for an update, a consultant called Keletso informed us that THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FURTHER SINCE THE TRACKING DEVICES have been removed and THERE'S NO COMPENSATION IF THEY FAIL TO RECOVER THE CAR.
