Matrix don't want business
Upon moving my car insurance on 12 February 2015 to King Price Insurance, part of the sales pitch was that I can get a Matrix tracking system installed for free. The monthly subscription for the device would be R59/month and Matrix will call me to arrange installation.<br> Matrix didn't call, so I decided to call them. I was given a reference number (00 653 788) with a promise of a call back. Nothing happened. A few days later I called again and was told they know about me and sales department will call me within 15 minutes. Up to date I received no call. My conclusion: Matrix don't want to do business and I'm not going to beg them to do business with me.
